Flawless Beauti By Tia Clients:
Your health and safety is my number 1 priority. So let me share with you how I keep my beauti suite clean and safe for you in order to reduce the spread of bacteria and germs!
1. The beauti suite will be deep cleaned on a weekly basis.
2. Spa beds, spa equipment, skincare bottles, surfaces, light switches, door handles, doorknobs, faucets etc. will continue to be disinfected after any contact with previous client.
3. After each client appointment, the beauti suite doors will be locked and the areas of the beauti suite that the previous client came in contact with will be disinfected.
4. All tools will be sanitized, disinfected and sterilized.
3. I will be wearing gloves, a mask or a face shield for the duration of every appointment.
Clients:
1. Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment unless first approved by Tia.
2. Upon entering the salon you will be given hand sanitizer before the start of your service.
4. I ask that you keep your car keys and cell phone in your purse or out of your possession for the duration of your service unless it is an emergency.
5. If you are sick or have been around people that are sick please reschedule your appointment until you are well.
Please respect the procedures I have put in place to ensure not just your health and safety, but mines as well.

By Appointment Only. All appointments can be scheduled through my booking site tiareid.glossgenius.com. My appointment calendar is open for booking up to two months in advance. For example, today is March 1st so that means my schedule is open until May 1st. It's a rolling schedule. So keep checking back for your preferred date. A valid credit card is required to schedule your appointment. You WILL NOT be charged when scheduling your appointment. Payment is due after services are rendered. After you have scheduled your appointment you will receive a series of appointment confirmations sent by email and/or text message. If you intend to come to your appointment please CONFIRM your appointment. If you cannot make it to your appointment please RESCHEDULE or CANCEL to avoid being charged a fee.
To cancel your appointment use one of these options:
1. Use the cancel appointment link provided in your appointment confirmation email.
2. Send email to flawlessbeautibytia@gmail.com with your full name and appointment details.
3. Text 480-239-5217 with your full name and appointment details.
Cancellation Policy: Flawless Beauti By Tia requires a 24 hour advance notice for appointment cancellations or appointment rescheduling to avoid 50% of the services booked being charged. This allows other customers an opportunity to book an appointment during that time slot and this insures that I am being compensated for my valuable time.
No Call or No Show Appointments: ANY appointment that is a "no call" or "no show" will be subject to 100% of the services booked being charged. You will also be banned from booking online for any future services. Please be respectful of my business and my time.
If you have not arrived for your scheduled appointment on time, after 10 minutes your appointment will be lost. At that time I will give you the next available appointment IF there is availability. Please be on time to your appointment, however, I understand life happens. In the event that you are running late please text or call me to notify me of your tardiness.
I accept Cash or Zelle (480-239-5217) for additional fee. Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express is accepted, however there will be a 3.5% processing fee added to your service total at checkout.
e-GIFT CERTIFICATES: Flawless Beauti By Tia e-gift certificates can be purchased online through my booking site tiareid.glossgenius.com. e-gift certificates expire six months from the date of purchase. Flawless Beauti By Tia is not responsible for unused funds and will not notify you of expiring e-gift certificates. ALL SALES FINAL!
I also provide a physical gift certificate perfect for gift exchanges. Please notify me (480.239.5217) if you would like a physical gift certificate and we can arrange pickup or shipping for the physical gift certificate. The physical gift certificate includes: the actual gift certificate, envelope & business card.
Children are only permitted in Flawless Beauti By Tia when receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while having a service. I do not have the facilities to maintain a safe environment for children. I LOVE children and have children of my own, so I hope you understand. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
